How does Redhead Cleaning work?

You click, we clean – it’s that simple! You can book a one-off clean, schedule a regular service, or get a 100% guaranteed bond clean in just 4 easy steps.

1. Tell us your cleaning needs:

Tell us the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you want us to clean and choose any optional extras.

2. Choose your preferred date and time

Select the date and time you would like your home cleaned. You can even book a cleaning for the next day! Discounts provided for regularly scheduled weekly, bi-weekly and monthly services.

3. Review and confirm booking

Our flat-rate pricing means you know exactly what the service will cost before you even book. Once the booking is confirmed, a hold will be placed on your credit card for authorization however you will not be charged until after the cleaning is complete.

4. Sit back and relax

On the day of service your maids will arrive on time, fully-equipped and ready to clean. They’ll stay until your home is sparkling, and if you’re not happy in any way with your service then we’ll send someone straight out to make things right, completely free of charge.

How much will it cost?

You can simply select the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you’d like us to clean when you make a booking to instantly see the price. If you don’t need a full house clean or have a unique situation, consider using our hourly rate instead. Discounts available for regular service.

How do I book my first appointment?

Simply click BOOK NOW and then enter your name and address. From there, we ask you to describe your home (how many bedrooms and bathrooms), choose any optional extras you might want, and securely confirm payment. Future bookings are even faster once you’ve registered — get a cleaner in one click!

Do you service my area?

Right now, we serve Asheville, NC  and the surrounding area . If you live within 25 miles of Asheville you are in luck! If you live outside this range then please shoot us an email and we’ll see what we can do.

What if I won’t be home on the day?

Easy, just tell us how the maids can gain entry in the special instructions when you make your booking. If you need us to pickup the keys beforehand then send us an email with a suitable time and place for collection.

How do I create an account?

When you book service an account is automatically created for you. Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go. Alternatively you can create and log into your account by following this link.

How do I log into my account?

You can access your account through the customer login page.

How do I reset my password?

You can submit a password change request on the customer login page.

How do I change my credit card?

Log in to your account and update your card on file. Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.

How do I change my address?

Log in to your account and update your address in your upcoming booking. Alternatively you can give us a call at (828) 747.1927 and we will update your address for you.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Sure thing. Simply respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and add any comments you would like to be applied to your service

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

It’s your choice! As a standard, cleaners provide all products and equipment, but if you wish to supply your own, just let us know at checkout.

If your place has special care requirements (e.g. a particular product to be used for sensitive flooring) we recommend you to provide your own products.

How do I redeem a gift card/discount code?

Simply enter your gift card/discount code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your discount. At any time, you can log in to your account and see the balance on any gift cards you have.

Why is my discount code not working?

Some discounts are for first time customers only and some are for recurring customers only. In addition, some discounts are only one-time, and will not work for future service. There might be a couple reasons why a specific discount code no longer works. Please get in touch if you have any questions.

Can I have a discount?

Sure thing, here’s $10 off your first cleaning! Simply enter READHEADLOCAL in the discount code field when you make your first booking.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Yes! We know letting someone into your home is a big deal, so we take a lot of care vetting our maids for safety and quality. They have all undergone extensive background and reference checks, as well as a strict interview process. All our maids are experienced professionals – the best WNC has to offer!

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you!

What is your 200% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean completely free of charge, no questions asked. If you are still not happy after you have received a free re-clean, we will refund your money.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by RapidShare SSL. Secondly our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and layered on their own 256 bit security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.
